There are 3 iRestore Actions: 

1.  Breathe

Deep breathing is one of the best ways to relax and lower stress in the body. 

2.  Massage

Self-Massage to help relieve muscle tightness, soreness, and inflammation.

3.  Stretch

Static & Dynamic Stretches to help improve blood flow and lengthen the muscles.
