BIRD DOG CRUNCH
STATIC BIRD DOG
DEAD BUG
ROPE PULLS
How it works: Do each of the 4 exercises for 20 seconds, with 10 seconds or rest in between each exercise. Repeat 2 times or maybe 3 if you are feeling froggy 😉
