However, the beginning of the week is actually a great time to recommit to staying active and getting fit.
 
Exercising on Mondays can get the ball rolling for your weekly workout routine. There’s just something about getting your Monday workout in that helps set the tone for rest of the week.

Recovery allows for improved performance, permits time for the body to heal itself in preparation for the next training load, and decreases the risk of potential injury.

This week we roll the quads, stretch the glutes, roll the lats and mobilize the spine.
